Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

Note: this is a very personal and intense series, so people will need to be ready to be vulnerable and open to change. It could play a pivotal role in your group members’ lives, leading to a great new freedom in Christ.

Note (2): at first, it may appear that this is “Inner Healing” but it is not. It is simply referring to emotional, not spiritual, healing, and is something neglected by the church for too long.

It would be helpful for people to be reading the book throughout the series, but it’s not necessary.
